Overview
TeamDynamix (TDX) is excited to introduce a refreshed and enhanced user experience (UX), going live on July 19th! This update features a modern, intuitive interface designed to simplify navigation, streamline ticket management, and make your daily tasks more efficient.
The new interface will appear in the TDNext section of TeamDynamix. Watch this linked preview video (starting at the relevant timestamp) for more information.
There are some significant (but hopefully fairly intuitive) changes to what happens when you click on a ticket. See the PDF to the right for an overview of these changes in the Technician Quick Start- New Work Management Interface guide.
