Outlook - Set Forwarding on Web Access

Overview

This is a series of instructions for forwarding NMSU mail to other NMSU accounts. You cannot forward NMSU mail to non-NMSU accounts.

Procedure

Step 1:

Sign in to mail.nmsu.edu

 

Step 2: 

 

Click on Settings (Cog wheel on top right corner), select View all Outlook settings.

Step 3:

Navigate to Mail-->Forwarding. Click "Enable forwarding" and enter a personal email address.

Click on the check box next to "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" if you want to keep a copy on the current mailbox.

Finally, click save.
