Overview
This guide is designed to help students, faculty, and staff access Adobe Creative Cloud through their NMSU account. It includes step-by-step instructions for logging in, navigating the Adobe Creative Cloud dashboard, and troubleshooting licensing issues. In addition, we've provided direct links to learning resources for some of the most popular Adobe applications:
Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, these tutorials are tailored to help you make the most of Adobe’s powerful creative tools.
Please note: Adobe Creative Cloud is not a free service for all students. Access may depend on your program, department, or licensing provided by NMSU. Be sure to verify your eligibility before attempting to download or use Adobe applications.
Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud
Step 1:
Visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ and sign in to your Adobe Creative Cloud account.
Enter your email address in the Email address field.

Step 2:
After entering your NMSU email, you'll be redirected to sign in with your NMSU credentials.
Note: If your admin enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will need to verify your account or set up 2FA (also known as Multi-Factor Authentication) to continue.


Step 3:
Click "View all apps" to see all the available Adobe applications and software.
- STAFF & Faculty: If you do not see access to most of the apps, you may not have the correct license. Please contact software@nmsu.edu to verify your Adobe licensing.
