What Is It?
This service allows users to request the purchase of software for use on department-owned computers and in acquiring enterprise software licensing and volume software licensing for the university and its departments. Submitted requests can request the purchase of software on a campus-wide or departmental basis. Users may also request the purchase of software for use on remote/personal devices.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
NMSU faculty and staff are eligible to use this service to request the purchase of software for use on department-owned computers.
How Do I Get Started?
Click the "Request Software" button above to submit your request. You will be prompted to enter your name, department, rationale for your request, and other details about the software requested.
How Much Does It Cost?
The cost of this service depends on the software and level of access requested. Software provided is owned by the manufacturer and the license is owned by the University or individual.
