TeamDynamix (TDX) allows departments to effectively simplify, manage, and collaborate on projects. The Projects app provides many options to manage your small or large projects.
This user guide is an overview for Project Managers regarding the creation, management, and final closing of a project. These guidelines are intended to help Project Managers through the general process of overseeing projects in TDX and by no means dictate exactly how a project should be managed.
NMSU IT-PMO and the Projects app
The NMSU IT Project Management Office (PMO) has provided guidelines to help project leads manage their projects within the TeamDynamix Projects Module. The approach described in this guide is intended to assist in the planning and closure of projects.
