Adobe: Sign In & Out

Overview


This document explains how to sign in and sign out of Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader. It provides step-by-step instructions to help users manage their Adobe accounts efficiently.

Before you begin

Please note: Adobe Acrobat Pro is not a free service for all students. Access may depend on your program, department, or licensing provided by NMSU. Be sure to verify your eligibility before attempting to download or use Adobe applications. 

Procedure

Signing In to Your Adobe Account


Step 1:

Visit Adobe Acrobat and sign in to your account. 
Enter your email address in the Email address field. 


 

Step 2: 

After entering your NMSU email, you'll be redirected to sign in with your NMSU credentials.

Note: If your admin enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will need to verify your account or set up 2FA (also known as Multi-Factor Authentication) to continue.



Step 3:
Click on the icon at the top right of the page to expand and access all applications. 


 

Signing Out of Your Adobe Account

Step 1:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner (a blue, pie chart-shaped circle by default). 

From the dropdown menu, select "Sign Out."


 

Step 2:

After signing out successfully, the sign-in page will appear.
