Overview
Users can submit service requests through NMSU's TeamDynamix service catalog.
Procedure
Step 1:
Visit the Ticketing Systems home page.
Step 2:
Navigate to "Services" and click the link.

Step 3:
Each service category includes a brief description of the types of services offered.
Select the category that best matches your self-service needs or intended request.

Step 4:
After selecting a category, choose the specific service offering that most closely aligns with your needs.

Tip: If none of the categories match your issue, you can submit a general service request by clicking the button located below the full list of service categories.

Step 5:
To proceed, click the "Request" button at the top of the service options menu.
You’ll be prompted to enter your name, and depending on the request type, additional information such as your department, Aggie ID, or other relevant details may be required.

Step 6:
Click the "Submit" or "Request Service" button at the bottom of the form to finalize your request.
