Submitting a Ticket Through NMSU's Service Catalog

Overview

 

Users can submit service requests through NMSU's TeamDynamix service catalog.

 

Procedure


Step 1:

Visit my.nmsu.edu.

Step 2:

Navigate to the "Services" tab, located at the top of the page under the NMSU logo.

Step 3:
Each service category features a brief description describing the types of services included within. Choose the service category that best corresponds with your self-service needs or intended service request.

Step 4:

Once you've selected a category, choose the specific service offering that best corresponds with your self-service needs or intended service request.

Alternatively, if you cannot find an appropriate service category for your inquiry, you may choose to submit a general service request by clicking the button below the full list of service catalog categories.

Step 5:

Finally, to submit a service request, click the "Request" button at the top of the service options menu. You will be prompted to enter your name and, depending on the type of service requested, you may be asked to enter your department, Aggie ID, or any other details that may aid in resolving your ticket.

Step 6:

Click the "Submit"/"Request Service" button at the bottom of the service request form to submit your ticket.
