What Is It?

Digital signage is a dynamic and engaging way to share information with the campus community through high-definition displays. These signs combine text, images, videos, and animations to deliver visually appealing and impactful messages. You can also request new digital signage or report issues with existing displays.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU departments and student organizations are eligible to request digital signage or report issues with existing displays.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the  Request New Digital Signage button above to request assistance with this service. 

You’ll be asked to provide your name, department, and full ticket details, including any relevant context that may assist with processing your request.
Please allow at least two weeks’ notice for new postings to accommodate design and approval processes. Ads will be displayed for a maximum of two weeks. To extend your display, you’ll need to submit a new request with updated artwork.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no cost for this service.

Allows users to request new digital signage for departmental or organizational use. All submissions are subject to approval. Content not meeting NMSU Digital Signage guidelines will not be approved for display.
