Digital Signage

What Is It?

Digital signage is a dynamic and engaging way to communicate information to the campus community through flat-screen HD monitors. Customized to fit your needs, digital signs combine various forms of media to deliver dynamic and engaging visual content, including text, images, videos, and animations. Through NMSU's Service Catalog, you may request new digital signage or report issues with existing digital signage.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Departments and student organizations at NMSU are eligible to request the use of digital signage or report issues with existing digital signage.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the "Report an Issue" button to report issues with existing digital signage. Click the "Request New Digital Signage" button above to request the use of digital signage for departmental or organizational use. You will be prompted to enter your name, department, and full details of your ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it. Please keep in mind that you must allow two weeks' notice to ensure your ad will be posted, to allow time for design assistance, and to ensure your ad meets design standards. Your ad will be displayed for a maximum of 2 weeks, otherwise, you must create a separate submission with new artwork.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no fee for NMSU departments or organizations to request new digital signage or report issues with existing digital signage.
