What Is It?

This service enables administrators to view and manage users’ system roles, identities, and access permissions. It also supports the setup and maintenance of UAT, UBAN,and test accounts for system access and testing purposes.
Specifically, administrators can:

  • View how individuals and roles are defined and assigned in the system.
  • Add, remove, or update user accounts and their roles.
  • Assign appropriate access levels to individuals or groups.
  • Protect sensitive system data and maintain overall system security.
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for applications.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Authorized administrators and users within the NMSU system who require authentication or Single Sign-On (SSO) access. 

How Do I Get Started?

Select the appropriate option above:

 Request Identity Management button if you need to add, remove, or update user roles, access levels, or permissions within the system.

UAT/UBAN Account Access/Reset button if you need to set up or reset a UAT, UBAN, or test account.

You will be prompted to provide your name, department, and detailed information about your request, including any information that may help with processing it.
