What Is It?
This service allows employees to update their personal information, including home address, personal phone number, work phone number, and legal name. Department phone numbers and addresses can also be updated through Financial Information Processing.

How Do I Get Started?
Click the Request Service button above to submit a ticket.
Employees may update their personal address and phone number from the MyNMSU Profile card in my.NMSU.edu. To update a work phone number, submit a ticket. Name changes require a ticket with a copy of the employee’s Social Security card attached. Department phone number or address changes should be sent to Financial Information Processing at fip@nmsu.edu.
