Use this form if you have previously partnered with CLPD to create a resource such as a job aid, quick reference guide, manual, checklist, handbook, or toolkit and now need updates to that product. You can also use this form if you already offer workshops, training, facilitation, micro learning, or special events and need support refining or enhancing them for your unit, department, division, leadership group, or other specialized audience.
