This service allows users to request changes to NMSU's edge firewall.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
All NMSU faculty and staff are eligible to request this service.
How Do I Get Started?
Before submitting a ticket, locate and complete the Public Facing Device Authorization Form found at the bottom right of this page.
Once the form is complete, click the Request Service button on the right to submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk. You will be prompted to enter your name, employee title, employee email address and attach a completed Public Facing Device Authorization Form.
