Manage Department VPN Groups

What Is It?

This service manages changes to departmental VPN access groups. Users can request to add or remove individuals from a specific departmental VPN group.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU Faculty and Staff are eligible to submit requests. Approved student accounts may be included in requests submitted by Faculty or Staff.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the  Request Service button above to submit a ticket. 

In your request, include your contact information, the group owner's approval (uploaded as an attachment when submitting the ticket), the VPN group name, and the usernames to add or remove.
