What Is It?
This service allows users to contact NMSU’s High Performance Computing staff. This service is useful for users who have questions not directly related to account, software, project space, storage quota, or ESPCoR mirror requests.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
The High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster is free to use for current students, faculty, and staff for both research and teaching. Non-NMSU users sponsored by NMSU faculty or staff are also eligible to contact NMSU’s High Performance Computing staff.
How Do I Get Started?
Click the “Contact Form” button above to contact NMSU’s HPC staff. You will be prompted to enter your name, department, and full details of your ticket, including any supplemental details that may aid in resolving it.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no fee for users to contact NMSU’s HPC staff.
