What Is It?
This service provides desktop support when a department is trying to offboard employees. You'll be able to notify your desktop support group of the change so that they can retrieve equipment and remove access that desktop support manages.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
All NMSU faculty and staff can submit requests for Desktop Support for offboarding employees.
How Do I Get Started?
Click on the"Termination /Separation" button.
How Much Does It Cost?
Costs may vary depending on the type of service requested and if there is a support staff dedicated to or a support agreement for the unit/department. The technician will inform you of any charges the service might incur.
