About the upgrade
The project's goal is to upgrade NMSU Analytics (Powered by Cognos) to the next long-term release version: 11.2.4. The most notable change in this release is the navigation. Help documentation is available on this page under Attachments. The link to this test environment is analytics-u.nmsu.edu.

Where we are today?
User-acceptance phase is complete and we are on schedule for a September 15th deployment. Please see feed below for project updates.
What will be needed from me for testing?
• Work through existing test plans for NMSU Analytics
• Test any Automic/AMV9 processes if there is an NMSU Analytics report component (ie report delivered to server)
• Provide feedback on help documentation
Note: For this upgrade, connections to data sources (PBAN/PODS/UBAN/UODS) will be tested by the technical team so you don’t need to worry about where reports are pointed.
Where do I report errors or provide feedback?
Provide feedback through TDX using the "Analytics Upgrade" button on this page or submit a ticket through help.nmsu.edu as you normally do for any IT service. If you do not use the link on this page, be sure to mention this is part of UAT testing for NMSU Analytics.
