What Is It? 

This service allows users to report issues or request support with the installation and/or operation of the campus data network and related service offerings on a campus-wide basis.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU faculty, staff, students, sponsored programs and third-party vendors are eligible to report issues or request support with the installation and/or operation of the campus data network and related service offerings.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the "Report an Issue" button above to report an issue or request support with the installation and/or operation of the campus data network and related service offerings. You will be prompted to enter your name, department, and full details of your ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no fee for users to report problems with the NMSU network or campus security cameras.
