Who Is Eligible to Use It?
NMSU faculty, staff, students, sponsored programs, and third-party vendors are eligible to report issues or request support for the campus data network and related services.
How Do I Get Started?
If the self-service solutions did not resolve your issue, click the "Request Service" button on the right to submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk.
You’ll be asked to provide your name, department, and a brief description of the issue. Include any details that may help the IT team resolve it quickly.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no cost for users to report problems with the NMSU network.
