What Is It?

This service provides assistance with obtaining and managing university-owned mobile devices. Support includes device procurement, activation, plan management, and technical assistance to ensure compliance with university policies and to support efficient communication for university operations.

How Do I Get Started?
  1. Complete the University Owned Mobile Device Service Form to request a university-owned mobile communication device.

  2. Submit the form to the Aggie Service Desk for approval.
    • If you don't have access to the Aggie Service Desk, submit a request through Request Access to Aggie Service Desk.
    • Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation before any orders are placed.
How Much Does It Cost?

Costs may include device activation, monthly service plan fees, accessories, surcharges, and applicable taxes.

Note: All Verizon device promotions are subject to offer recovery pricing agreements based on a two-year contract.
