This service allows users to request static network IP addresses for connecting to specific secure applications, such as Atomic, Evisions, and ODBC.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
NMSU staff are eligible to request static network IP addresses through this service.
How Do I Get Started?
Click the "Request Service" button on the right to submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk.
You will be prompted to provide your name, department, and detailed information about your request, including any relevant context that may assist with processing or troubleshooting.
