Supplemental Application Access

What Is It?

This service allows users to request the addition or removal of access to several supplemental applications.

These include:

  • Enterprise Password Manager - Securely manages credentials for privileged accounts, services, systems, and applications.
  • GitLab - An open-source code repository and collaborative software development platform for DevOps and DevSecOps projects. 
  • TeamDynamix - A web-based platform that provides service, asset, and project management capabilities. Access levels may include enterprise, technician, and student technician roles. For details, see the TeamDynamix Access knowledge base article. 
Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU employees are eligible to request, add, or remove user access to supplemental applications including Enterprise Password Manager, GitLab, and TeamDynamix.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the appropriate button above to request or remove access:

  • Enterprise Password Manager: For privileged account credential management.

  • GitLab: For code repository or DevOps project access.

  • TeamDynamix: For service, asset, or project management access.

You will be prompted to provide your name, department, and details about your request, including any relevant information that may assist in processing it.
If requesting access to TeamDynamix, you will also need to specify your desired access level.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no fee to request or modify access to GitLab or TeamDynamix. 
The fee for Enterprise Password Manager access is $77 per year.
