Desktop Support for Onboarding or Offboarding employees

What Is It?

This service provides desktop support when a department is trying to onboard or offboard employees. You'll be able to notify your desktop support group of the change so that they can ensure the desktop computer is ready.  

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

All NMSU faculty and staff can submit requests for Desktop Support for onboarding or offboarding employees. 

How Do I Get Started?

Click on the "New Employee" or "Termination /Separation" button, depending on the situation.

How Much Does It Cost?

All Desktop Support tickets will be billed at a minimum of 1hr @$75/hr
A valid index is required for service. If one is not provided, your department's default will be charged for service.
