What Is It?
This service provides desktop support when a department is onboarding or offboarding employees. It allows you to notify the desktop support team of employee changes so they can ensure the computer is properly set up or prepared.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
NMSU faculty and staff are eligible to request this service.
How Do I Get Started?
Select the appropriate option:
Click the New Employee button above.
Click the Termination/Separation button above.
You will be prompted to provide detailed information about your request, including any relevant context that may help with processing.
How Much Does It Cost?
All Desktop Support tickets are billed at a minimum of 1 hour at $75/hour.
A valid index is required for service. If one is not provided, your department’s default index will be charged.
