What Is It?
Provides support for departments requesting EPAF hires for temporary and student employment.
Please submit one request per ticket.
Request an Aggie ID (New Employee Data Form): For departments to request the creation of a new employee record for candidates who don't have an Aggie ID or have an Aggie ID but have never held a job within the NMSU system. All fields on the New Employee Data Form must be filled out in order for ECS to process.
New Employee Record Form
Submit supporting documentation for EPAF hires: For new hires, please submit draft offer letter, resume, transcripts, and any other applicable documentation. For rehires, please submit draft offer letter.
Temporary Staff
Submit Sensitive Duties Checklist: The Sensitive Duties Checklist is used by departments to determine if a position requires a background check. The sensitive duties form should be submitted for any new temp/student hires and volunteers. If a background check is needed HRS will send an email from HireRight to the new hire listed on the form. A Background Check Release Form is no longer required.
