Hiring – Temporary & Student

Request Aggie id by submitting a New Employee Data Form, submit supporting documentation for EPAF hires, submit sensitive duties checklist and background check release forms.

Submit questions regarding I-9 Form, Request remote I-9 Completion, and Submit I-9 System Access Forms.

Immigration

Immigration requests are managed with the support of our vendor and therefore require complete documentation. Please ensure the accuracy of all personal data.

Questions about reclassifying a position or requesting a new position.

Search Committee

Use to request to schedule a Search Committee Orientation. Can also be used to request to add or change search committee members.

Transcripts are received outside the PageUp system only for faculty.
