Transcripts

Faculty Transcripts: If you are hiring a new temporary faculty member, a resume and official transcripts (if not already received and coded in banner) must be routed to Employment Services at the time the EPAF is submitted. Use PPAGENL in banner to confirm if official transcripts have been coded in banner. Please note that faculty transcripts must be official and include an award date. 

Transcripts received through PageUp during the hiring process do not require a copy provided via the ticket system. However, faculty hires may be asked to provide these transcripts to ECS as part of the onboarding process.

Add Transcripts to Personnel File: Department may use this service request to add transcripts to an employees personnel file. Please note that all transcripts must include an award date.
