Faculty Transcript Requests

What Is It?

This service supports the submission and verification of official faculty transcripts for new temporary faculty hires. At the time the EPAF is submitted, a resume and official transcripts must be routed to Employment Services unless the transcripts have already been received and coded in Banner. Users may verify whether official transcripts are on file by reviewing PPAGENL in Banner. All faculty transcripts must be official and must include an award date.

Transcripts submitted through PageUp during the hiring process do not need to be provided again through the ticket system. However, temporary faculty may still be asked to submit transcripts directly to ECS as part of the onboarding process.

If transcripts are from a foreign institution, a foreign credential evaluation is required.

Departments may also use this service request to add transcripts to an employee’s personnel file. Please note that all transcripts must include an award date.
