Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU faculty, staff, and students are eligible to request Email Support through NMSU IT's Email Support ticket system.

How Do I Get Started?

Click on the "Request Support" button above to request assistance with common Email Support issues, including client configuration, mobile device integration, web access, login, and troubleshooting concerns. You will be prompted to enter your name, department, and full details of your ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no fee to request Email Support from the NMSU IT Help Desk.
