Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU faculty, staff, and students are eligible to request email support through NMSU IT Email Support ticket system.

How Do I Get Started?

If the self-service solutions did not resolve your issue, click the  Request Support button on the right to submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk. 

You will be prompted to enter your name, department, and a detailed description of the issue. Providing any relevant background or supporting information will help us resolve your request more quickly. 

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no cost to request Email Support from the NMSU IT Help Desk.
