Classroom Technology Support

Provides support for faculty with classroom and conference room maintenance and technological support.

Computer Equipment Rentals

Provides rental equipment to NMSU faculty, staff, and students, including laptops, digital projectors, screens, camcorders, and digital cameras.

Computer Labs Management

Provides operational support for departmental computer labs and associated equipment managed by academic and administrative departments at NMSU. Assistance is also available to students experiencing computer, software, hardware, and print service issues in other Campus Lab locations.

Computer Trickledown Program

Offers NMSU faculty and staff access to previously used lab computers for use in other departments and groups on campus.

Desktop Support

Includes, but is not limited to: desktop support for computer, email, software, hardware, password, and browser setup, configuration, and troubleshooting concerns.

Desktop Support for Onboarding or Offboarding employees

This service provides desktop support when a department is trying to onboard or offboard employees. You'll be able to notify your desktop support group of the change so that they can ensure the desktop computer is ready.

Mobile Lab Checkouts

Provides short-term checkout of 30 Chromebooks on a mobile charging cart.

Office 365 Support

This service offers assistance to faculty, staff, and students with installing and/or troubleshooting Office 365 software on their device(s).

Print Transcripts

Request to print transcripts for hardcopy retention.

Printer Support

Provides technical and troubleshooting support for campus printers.

Software Request

Allows users to request the purchase of software for use on department-owned computers. Users may also request the purchase of software for use on remote/personal devices.

Technology Purchase Program

Users may request to purchase devices like desktop and laptop computers, monitors, and accessories. The NMSU Technology Purchasing Program has identified cost-effective technological solutions available to NMSU faculty and staff.
