What Is It?
The Computer Labs Management service provides support to departments needing assistance with departmental computer labs. Lab support includes, but is not limited to inquiries concerning:
- New computer setups in labs
- Custom or standard builds to provide students with access to various softwares
- Printing and job release services
- Tear down and moving of equipment from labs
- Ad-hoc requests for software
- Troubleshooting general hardware issues
Who Is Eligible To Use It?
Academic and administrative departments at NMSU are eligible to request support with departmental computer labs and associated equipment. This service can also be used by students who experience computer, software, hardware, and print service issues in other non-departmental Campus Labs.
How Do I Get Started?
Click the "Request Service" button above to request assistance with departmental computer labs and other Campus Labs. You will be prompted to enter your name and specific details about your service request, including the lab from which you are requesting service.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is no fee for departments, students, faculty, or staff to request Computer Labs Management services from NMSU's IT Department.
