What Is It?

This service provides technical and troubleshooting support for campus printers, including support for general maintenance and connectivity issues.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

NMSU faculty and staff are eligible to request Printer Support services and make general maintenance requests.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the "Request Service" button above to request Printer Support services or to make a general maintenance request. You will be prompted to enter your name, department, and full details of your ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.

How Much Does It Cost?

The fee for requesting Printer Support services is $75 per hour. The fee for requests made by users on departmental contracts is $50 per hour.
