Office 365 is a productivity platform that includes applications like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. NMSU's IT Department will ensure the successful installation and troubleshooting of Office 365 software on your device.

Who Is Eligible to Use It? 

All NMSU faculty, students, and staff are eligible to submit requests for IT to install and/or troubleshoot Office 365 software on their devices. 

How Do I Get Started? 

Click the "Get Support" button above to request support with downloading and/or troubleshooting Office 365 software on your device(s). The full version of Microsoft Office can be downloaded on up to five personal devices (PC, Mac, or other mobile device). 

How Much Does It Cost?

Office 365 is provided at no cost to NMSU faculty, staff, and students. Students will have full Office 365 access and functionality as long as their NMSU email account is still active after they graduate or leave NMSU.
