What Is It?
Use this service to submit a General Request. This service provides assistance with navigation of NMSU-supported technology by phone, email, face-to-face, WEPA Printing, as well as via online instructions, including videos and written step-by-step directions.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty, Staff, and Students are eligible to submit General Requests through this service.
How Do I Get Started?
Click on the "Request Help" button above to request assistance. You will be prompted to enter your name and the nature of your request. This request will be routed to the IT help desk, where they will attempt to assist you or help identify the appropriate resource if the request is outside their responsibility.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is typically no fee associated with submitting general service requests through NMSU IT. If there is a cost associated with a requested service, you will be notified prior to the acceptance of your request.
