General Request

What Is It?

This service allows users to submit a General Request to the IT Help Desk for assistance. Before submitting, please check the Knowledge Base for self-help articles or browse the Service Catalog to ensure your request is routed to the correct department.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Faculty, Staff, and Students are eligible to submit General Requests through this service.

How Do I Get Started?

Click the  Request Help button above to submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk. 

You will be prompted to enter your name and a brief description of the issue. The IT Help Desk will review your request and either assist you directly or route it to the appropriate team.

How Much Does It Cost?

General Requests are typically free of charge. If a cost applies, you’ll be notified before your request is approved.
