What Is It?
Use this service to request IT support for issues or needs that don’t fit into any of the standard service categories listed below. If you've browsed the below categories and can't find the type of service or support you need. Click on 'Request Service' on the right and submit a ticket here for a general support request.
Support may be provided by phone, email, in person, or through online resources.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty, Staff, and Students are eligible to submit General Requests through this service.
How Do I Get Started?
Click on the "Request Help" button above to request assistance. You will be prompted to enter your name and the nature of your request. This request will be routed to the IT Help Desk, where they will attempt to assist you or help identify the appropriate resource if the request is outside their responsibility.
How Much Does It Cost?
There is typically no fee associated with submitting general service requests through NMSU IT. If there is a cost associated with a requested service, you will be notified prior to the acceptance of your request.
